DISCLAIMER: The guarantees are null and void if employer is in breach of any MOM work pass conditions.

* If single, death of a parent or sibling. If married, death of spouse or children. Excludes illnesses.

* Free replacement means prevailing agency service fee with be waived but third party costs apply
(See below).

** Free replacement is “Like for Like” based on nationality and type (new FDW, ex-sg or transfers). Price differential applies if any criterion is changed.

What are Third Party costs?


There are various third party costs: in source country and as well as in Singapore, including but not limited to:

  • Work permit application and issuance


  • Medical checkup


  • Personal accident insurance


  • Purchase of security bonds (Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines)


  • Embassy processing and documentation


  • Source country immigration processing


  • Land transport


  • Visit to MOM for thumbprint


  • Airport pickup


  • Food and lodging


  • Courier charges
